Visioneering
The purpose of visioneering is to create a compelling and
pragmatic vision of success for the organization. The visioneering
process systematically develops three elements of the vision.

Planning
Strategic Planning is the art of creating a detailed and pragmatic
plan for carrying out the mission and arriving at the vision. The plan
must anticipate predictable obstacles while accommodating the
unexpected. The end product comprises three sequential elements.
