KSF Consultants conduct
comprehensive and probing interviews with each member of the Team.
The interviews are focused on both interpersonal and team process
dynamics. KSF Consultants are very skillful and professional in their
resolve to discover the underlying and defining issues, interests,
and positions that comprise the collective team’s current mindset and
operating culture.In addition to helping KSF Consultants identify
critical issues, the interview process provides a vehicle for
building trust between each team member and the Consultants. Trust
and respect for the facilitators and the process are essential to the
success of the team.
Your Team will participate in an off-site team development
exercise. The team will participate in a ‘read-back’ session to
surface the issues identified in the interviews. The consultants will
facilitate this exercise in a non-threatening, unbiased, yet
to-the-point manner.
The team will then participate in a highly interactive and
insightful learning experience culminating in the development of
their own ‘team charter.’ The charter will define the behavioral
characteristics and protocol they feel will result in the highest
level of trust, respect and effectiveness among team members.
