Executive Vice President
Jim Healy is a Partner at KSF
Associates, Inc., a Cedar Rapids, Iowa based consulting and leadership
development company that specializes in helping executives improve
their effectiveness by developing individual and organizational growth
strategies that align behaviors with desired results.
Prior to joining KSF
Associates, Inc., in 1987, Jim was President and CEO of a regional
financial institution. He was responsible for a one billion
dollar credit organization with eight locations. Jim also
coordinated the merger and consolidation planning for 13 corporations
which eventually resulted in two consolidated units.
Jim has done extensive work
with Boards of Directors, and led numerous strategic planning teams at
local, state, and regional levels. In addition, he has
demonstrated expertise in negotiations, conflict resolution, and
executive coaching.
Since joining KSF Associates,
Inc., Jim has consulted, trained, and coached personnel in business,
industry, government, and non-profit sectors. His expertise is in
planning, communications, leadership development, executive coaching,
team building, and change management.
Jim has: planned and
facilitated Board of Directors and senior management team retreats;
designed and conducted leadership development seminars for all levels
within the organization; and consulted and coached executives as they
build the skills, structures, and operating cultures to improve
organizational effectiveness.
Jim is an adjunct faculty
member of the University of Northern Iowa College of Business
Administration–Management and Professional Development Center, and is a
graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He is proud of
being a life-long learner and a contemporary thinker as is evidenced by
his continuous quest for personal and professional growth.
