Executive Coaching
Why?

Most executives and key employees have advanced to their current positions by demonstrating expertise and accountability at some level. Unfortunately past success does not insure future success. It is through focused development and self-discipline that they are able to grow and adapt in their professional and leadership roles.

The KSF Executive Coaching process improves the return on human capital by helping key individuals more fully realize their personal and professional potential. By achieving higher levels of performance and personal satisfaction, key employees will be more willing and better able to assume responsibility and accept accountability for business objectives. They will be better prepared to accept new challenges and provide positive leadership

What?

The KSF Executive Coaching process is designed to help individuals develop the personal and interpersonal skills that build the trust, respect and accountability demanded of today’s leaders. The process causes executives or potential executives to identify behaviors and thinking that may be limiting their effectiveness as leaders and keeping them from achieving their personal and professional potential.

The process provides a "mirror" for self evaluation and reflection and a "compass" for charting a course of personal development based on a solid foundation of values and goals. The process is based on the premise that a person must have balance in their personal and professional life. The purpose is to identify, develop and habitualize behaviors that enhance personal and professional success.

How?

A KSF Coach conducts a comprehensive and probing interview with the individual. In some instances, it may be appropriate to conduct an interview with the individual’s supervisor as well. The purpose of the interview is to establish a commitment on the part of the individual and a point of departure for the developmental journey. KSF Coaches are very skillful at discovering the underlying personal dynamics and behavioral characteristics that most impact the outcome of the coaching relationship.

The KSF Coach and the individual will agree on a preliminary schedule and scope for the coaching engagement. The schedule and scope may be changed upon mutual consent as the process unfolds. Most coaching relationships will span an initial period of twelve months and may include some interaction for an additional period by mutual agreement.

he KSF Coach will "mentor " the individual by using a combination of evaluative tools, conceptual teachings and proven personal development activities. The Coach and the individual will interact more frequently at the beginning of the process focusing on the underpinnings of a solid individualized plan. The individual will systematically work though a series of exercises leading to the establishment of a set of worthwhile values and goals. In a sense, the individual is developing a "strategic plan" for their personal and professional success. Once the plan is in place, the coaching will focus on implementation and follow through.

Pay-off!

The outcome of the process is a re-energized and accountable individual who is committed to a fully articulated plan for personal and professional growth. A more effective and productive executive is the pay-off for the organization.
