President
Since founding KSF Associates,
Inc. in 1984, Daryl Spivey's consultation and training have benefited
business, industry, not-for-profit organizations and government entities.
Clients range from international Fortune 500 companies to
local sole proprietorships. Daryl has worked extensively with
individuals and groups representing all levels of organizations from
senior management to the front line. This work has been conducted
at all stages of the business cycle from conception to completion.

A majority of KSF's business comes
from companies who are involved in leading significant change. The
sources of that change often come from one or more of the following
conditions: changes in ownership, leadership, or market conditions; and
mergers, acquisitions, or turnarounds.
Daryl's expertise is in the
areas of cultural assessment and change,
team building, management and leadership development, strategic
planning, continuous improvement, morale and attitude development,
communications, collaboration, and career development. The end
product of these services is a marked increase in productivity that
rapidly adds dollars to the bottom line.
Daryl's background includes
management of education, service, and sales businesses spanning both
the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. He has been trained by
the FBI as a hostage negotiator, has served as president of a major
national conference on family issues at the University of Iowa, and was
appointed by former Governor Ray to be an Iowa delegate to the White
House Conference on Families.
Daryl serves as an adjunct
instructor for the University of Northern Iowa College of Business
Administration–Management and Professional Development Center, and is a
graduate of the University of Iowa.
